| We have packed a selection of our products in conveniently
sized, economical packs, ideal for caterers and restaurants who want to make
their own speciality breads and rolls.
Packed in 3.5kg paper sacks, our speciality concentrates are designed to be
used 50/50 with strong white or wholemeal flours and require only the addition
of water, vegetable oil and yeast. Each pack contains enough concentrate to make
around 150-200 superb rolls. We have a range of delicious, healthy products such
as malted rye & pumpkin seed and sunflower & poppy seed which are not only
visually appealing but also have excellent flavour and texture
Producing really excellent quality products is quick and easy. Mix the dough
for about 3 minutes at slow speed followed by 8 minutes medium speed. Allow the
dough to rest, covered, for 10-15 minutes, then divide into dough pieces of
30-50g. Shape and decorate as required and prove on a baking tray, covered, in a
warm place for about 45 minutes or until the dough pieces have doubled in size.
Then bake for about 15-20 minutes at 220C.
Our instant dried yeast is available in boxes of 240 x 5g sachets- each
sachet contains sufficient yeast to ferment 600g of flour. We even have real,
live sourdough culture for those who want to be really adventurous and create
their own signature flavours
We also supply seeds and grains, ideal for use as bread decoration or to make
your own speciality varieties or for use in recipes. These products are packed
in larger size paper sacks and re-sealable, stackable 2.5kg polyethylene tubs
