Freebake instant dried yeast: packed in 5g foil sachets in a protective atmosphere to ensure long, consistent shelf life. Suitable for bread recipes using 300-600g of flour.

Available in cartons of 30 sachets.

Our genuine, live sourdough starter is produced by careful drying of selected strains of acidifying lactobacillus bacteria and aromatic yeasts. Supplied in a pack of 10 x 5g sachets for use as a single-dose starter culture. Store in a freezer.
