Silicon Bakeware: Flexible non-stick baking equipment.

Flexible silicon bakeware is commonly used throughout the baking industry. It is a non-stick flexible alternative to traditional baking tins, trays and moulds, constructed of knitted glass fibre coated with black silicon for better heat conduction.

It requires no greasing and turning out of product is easy. In addition, unlike steel bakeware, it cools very quickly and cleaning after use is very simple: simply wash in soapy water, rinse, and drain or shake dry. It will not lose its shape, and you can even store it rolled up and it will just spring back to shape.

Note: All silicon bakeware must be supported on a steel or aluminium baking tray during use.
